Our products use premium materials: 100% combed ringspun cotton tees from Comfort Colors and Bella+Canvas, heavyweight 8oz fleece hoodies, dishwasher-safe ceramic mugs, and embroidered structured caps. Sizes range from XS through 3XL with size charts on every product page.
How it works
When you place an order on BySuki, we route it to the partner fulfillment facility closest to your delivery address — locations across the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. Your item is finished using the technique best suited to the design — DTG (direct-to-garment), DTF, or embroidery — production typically takes 1–2 business days. You can track every step.
Shipping & Returns
US orders ship standard in 3–6 business days from $4.99; Canada / UK / EU in 5–10 business days; Australia / New Zealand in 7–14 business days. Free standard shipping on orders over $50, with express options available everywhere. Rest-of-world orders ship via DHL or international tracked services in 10–30 business days. Every order arrives damage- and defect-protected: we replace or refund any damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost-in-transit item for up to 90 days from delivery. Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns.
