Browse our categories, choose a product, select your size or variant, and add to cart. Click the cart icon to review and proceed to checkout. Pay securely with card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. You’ll get an order confirmation email immediately.

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your order has likely entered production and can no longer be modified. Email support@bysuki.co with your order number ASAP.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s not there after 30 minutes, email support@bysuki.co with the email address you used at checkout and we’ll resend it.

BySuki is a made-to-order store, so every item is made after you order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days depending on the product type. Embroidered hats may take 4–6 days. See our Shipping Policy for the full breakdown.

After production, shipping times vary by destination:

• United States: 3–6 business days
• Canada, UK, Europe: 5–10 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
• Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Yes — free standard shipping on US orders over $50. Standard US shipping starts at $4.99. International rates are calculated at checkout.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. You can also check status anytime on our Track Order page.

Yes — BySuki ships worldwide via our partner network. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country.

Because every item is made to order, we don’t accept general returns for change of mind or wrong size ordered. We do offer free replacements or full refunds for misprints, damaged-in-transit items, manufacturing defects, or wrong items shipped. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Email support@bysuki.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and (for transit damage) a photo of the shipping label. We’ll ship a free replacement.

Once approved, refunds appear within 5–10 business days on your original payment method, depending on your bank.

Every product page has a size chart with measurements in inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring a similar garment you already own and comparing. If you’re between sizes, size up.

Most BySuki tees use a classic unisex fit — true to size, slightly relaxed in the body. If you prefer a fitted look, size down. If you want oversized streetwear vibes, size up one or two.

Made-to-order items aren’t covered for wrong-size returns (we can’t restock them). Please use the size chart carefully before ordering. For more info see the Return Policy.

Our base tees use 100% pre-shrunk ringspun cotton. Hoodies and sweatshirts are 80% cotton / 20% polyester for warmth and durability. Specific blends are listed on each product page.

Yes. Our 11oz and 15oz ceramic mugs are dishwasher safe and microwave safe. We recommend top-rack dishwasher to extend print life.

With proper care, no. Wash inside-out in cold water, tumble dry low, and avoid bleach or harsh detergents. Care tags on every garment include full instructions.

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Shop Pay Installments and Klarna are available on eligible orders.

Yes — checkout runs on Shopify’s PCI-DSS Level 1 platform with full TLS encryption. BySuki never sees or stores your card number.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state laws. International VAT (where required) is also shown at checkout.

No — guest checkout is supported. But creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and re-order favorites faster.
