1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of bysuki.co, including any purchases made through the site. By using BySuki, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

If you create an account, you’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at support@bysuki.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order. Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, or other supported providers. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated.

5. Production & Shipping

All BySuki products are made to order. Production and shipping times are explained in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, photos, and copy on bysuki.co are the property of BySuki or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Unauthorized use of our designs on competing products is prohibited.

8. User Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content to BySuki, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our store and marketing.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BySuki to:

• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
