How print-on-demand works
When you place an order on BySuki, we route the design to the partner print lab closest to your delivery address — facilities in the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. Your item is printed using DTG (direct-to-garment), DTF, or embroidery — whichever method best suits the design — and processed within 1–2 business days. You can track every step.
Shipping & Returns
US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia and New Zealand orders ship standard in 2–5 business days from $4.99 (free over $50), with express options available. Rest-of-world orders ship via DHL or international tracked services in 10–30 business days. Every order arrives damage- and defect-protected: we replace or refund any damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost-in-transit item for up to 90 days from delivery. Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns.
