BySuki accepts all major payment methods through secure providers:

2. Currency & Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) by default. If you’re shopping from another country, your bank or payment provider will convert at their current rate. Conversion fees are not set by BySuki.

3. When You’re Charged

Your card or chosen payment method is charged at checkout, before your order enters production. This is required because each item is made to order.

4. Secure Checkout

Checkout runs on Shopify’s PCI-DSS Level 1 infrastructure with end-to-end TLS encryption. BySuki never sees, stores, or handles your full card number. Card data is processed directly by your payment provider.

5. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax (US) and VAT (international) are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and current tax laws. The total shown at checkout is what you pay.

6. International Duties & Customs

Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees on international shipments are not collected at checkout and are the buyer’s responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, the order will not be processed and no charge will appear on your account. Contact your bank, then re-try at checkout. If the issue persists, email support@bysuki.co.

8. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method per our Return & Refund Policy. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. Fraud Prevention

We screen orders for suspicious activity. We may request additional verification before fulfilling high-risk orders. Confirmed fraud is reported to law enforcement and payment providers.
